Avanti Way didn’t have a department dedicated to UX/UI Design for their platform, which translated into a lack of consistency throughout their website, not only in appearance but also in functionality. Also, this workflow was taking a significant investment of time and effort by working directly in the final version.

So, we can summarize two specific needs: unifying/improving existing elements and a new way to develope new features/products.

By welcoming me to the team, we have cultivated a new dynamic that will not only benefit the user, ensuring interfaces are intuitive and accessible, but also serve as support for the development team by providing them with a previously discussed and defined prototype.
